Synopsis
My name is Lucy Tucker, and my life…it was perfect.
I worked the dream job. I had the most incredible family and friends. My home, Whispering Willows, a ranch in Montana, was everything I could ever wish for. My adoring fiancé, Samuel Stone, loved me unconditionally.
I had everything a girl could ever want.
But one fateful event shattered my perfect life. It’s unimaginable how simple, ordinary words can change a person’s life forever. For me those words were, “There’s been an accident.”
I thought Sam was my forever, but that forever came to a close the day Saxon Stone, Sam’s identical twin brother, came back. Saxon returned to Montana to help save Sam, however, the moment he entered my life, he turned my world upside down. But through chaos I somehow found clarity—clarity of who I was meant to be.
As time progressed, as seasons changed, and as a fire began to burn, I soon realized that Saxon was there for another reason…he was there to help save me.
My Thoughts
Once again, Monica James has done it again!
`Forgetting You, Forgetting Me` is an alluring and unforgettable romance that will send your heart flying sky-high!
What I appreciate most about this author is that none of her stories are ever the same. Some authors concentrate on Heroines who bring Heroes to their knees. Some authors focus on the typical romantic cat and mouse games. But Monica James delivers unique romances that just go deep.
I´m in love.
`Forgetting You, Forgetting Me` is kind of / sort of / maybe a little like an indirect love triangle but with a greater, more emotional reason. The story is everything I could ever ask for but nothing what I expected in the beginning. It´s just NOT what you would expect. Trust me on that.
The romance is devastating and a slow burn. It´s a level 9 on the angst chart. It´s a heartbreak only Monica James can create.
I´m 100% positive the author lives off of the anxiety her readers have when they read her stories or else she wouldn´t put her readers through such emotional messes with her writing. THAT is how fab her stories are. THAT is how fab `Forgetting You, Forgetting Me` is.
A page turner that will keep you on the edge of your seat from beginning to the very last page.
Would I recommend this book? Of course! This isn´t just a must – have for Monica James fans…It´s a MUST – HAVE for anyone who loves a beautiful, heartbreaking romance.
Would I re-read this book? You can bet your sugar bum on it!
The Cover – 5 stars ( An absolute winner for me. No faces. Just a hint of what´s inside the book.)
The Story 5 stars ( It´s hard to mention anything without spoiling so I´ll just say that it´s worth every minute / hour / day spent reading.)
The Characters – 5 stars ( Oh, how my heart broke for the Heroine. Oh, how my heart beat wildly for Sam and Saxon. All well established characters. Can I just say that I love them?!)
My emotional state after finishing this read – Exhausted, but in a good way. This is a guarantee book hanger type of book. Be prepared.
Also, be double prepared because book #2, Forgetting You, Remembering Me, is out NOW!

I am constantly changing things. I like to say I am always looking to improve and grow, but truth is I am completely indecisive 💕

ME TOO! I get inspired alot by what others do and start mixing ideas and changing things. Then I´m not happy and redecorate everything again. I´m a social decorating disaster. HAHA ( at least twice a year). That´s why I think you´re absolutely safe. 🙂
